Search page featured listings appear at the top of search results and category pages. They get more visibility and help you sell your materials faster.

What is a homepage featured listing?

Homepage featured listings appear on the homepage. They get ultimate exposure and help you sell your materials faster.

How do I price my materials?

Set a competitive price based on condition, quantity, and current market rates. You can also negotiate with buyers through messages, receive offers, and make counteroffers.

Can I edit or remove my listing?

Yes. You can edit or remove your listing at any time from your account dashboard.

How do I communicate with buyers?

You can communicate with buyers directly through Build Mat Mart’s messaging system to discuss pricing, details, and delivery or pickup arrangements.

Do I need to ship the materials?

No. Shipping is optional. Sellers can offer pickup, delivery, or both, and buyers choose the arrangement that works best.

How do I get paid?

You get paid once the buyer confirms receipt of the materials. The payment is held securely in escrow and then released to you through Stripe after completion.
